Naluwar Haor is the largest haor in Jagannathpur upazila. Haor is the largest source of paddy cultivation in the upazila. Besides, during the monsoon season, one can travel to different places by river through Naluwar Haor. Jagannathpur Upazila is a famous place for fish production. Naluwar Haor has been playing the biggest role in the production of all kinds of local fish. Apart from Jagannathpur upazila, this haor extends to Dirai and Chhatak upazilas.
